Charming Stay Near Champs-Élysées
superb location professional staff
The hotel's location was superb. I appreciated the proximity to the train station. It was literally a two-minute walk. The staff was amazing. They were helpful and professional.
I found the size of the room to be quite small. The room was a very simple style for a four-star hotel. There was not much selection available during breakfast, but what was prepared tasted very good.

menu order fresh preparation luxurious feeling inadequate cleaning used tissue desk placement
the staff resolved a location preference i had. the breakfast service let you order via menu, this got everything freshly prepared. it felt durable and luxurious, i liked it.
i found the room was not properly cleaned. there was a used tissue on the desk. the tissue was probably used for cleaning the room.

helpful staff refurbished room good menu no buffet minimal option limited items
The staff were helpful . They assisted with my luggage upon arrival. My room was newly refurbished and very quiet. The room service menu offered good options from the nearby bistro.
The breakfast was not a buffet style. The website mentioned a buffet, but that was inaccurate. The breakfast options were minimal. I received a basket with limited items and a freshly made egg.
